How We Protect Your Information

Account Verification

We ask for ID, address and payment method confirmation when you first withdraw. This confirms you own the payment account and prevents fraud on your account.

Yes. Navigate to your account settings and update your phone number, address or email at any time. If you change your payment method, we ask for re-verification before your next withdrawal to prevent fraud.

Contact our live chat support or email team with your registered email and phone number. We verify your identity and send a password reset link. In Surabaya or Jakarta, you can also verify in person at our support office with photo ID.

Your deposit is confirmed by the e-wallet provider. Once we receive and credit it to your account, the transaction is complete. Disputes over a deposit must be raised with your e-wallet provider within their timeframe.

We verify and process withdrawals within 24 hours. The time it then takes to reach your bank or e-wallet depends on the provider—usually under an hour for DANA, OVO and QRIS, but bank transfers may take until the next business day.

Your account enters a closed state and you cannot log in or place bets. Any remaining balance will be paid out once verification is complete. You can reopen your account later by contacting support, but you must go through verification again.

We may update terms to reflect law changes, security improvements or new payment methods. We notify you via email and in-app message. Continued use after notice means you accept the new terms.

Notify us immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access. We will freeze your account and review activity. Never share your password, PIN or session link with anyone, even support staff.
